About the Event

Effective, authentic leadership demands a diverse and exacting set of qualities and skills, transitioning from the technical to the tactical. But for women seeking to take that all-important next step in their career, there are cultural and systemic challenges to overcome as well. Women’s participation in the workforce has long been recognised as a significant contributor to commercial growth and the socio-economic health of a nation. And yet, despite the growing body of evidence, women still only occupy about 20% of seats on ASX 200 boards.

The APAC Women in Leadership and Management Summit 2015 brings together the regions foremost female senior executives from leading brands to share their inspirational leadership journeys, career war stories and practical skills for success. This unique line-up of exceptional women will address key technical and leadership challenges, opportunities and achievements, and hand you the tools to take your career to the next level.

The inspirational conference agenda is reinforced by practical workshop sessions led by experts who will offer innovative leadership tools and strategies, key insights and practical advice for aspiring female leaders to stand out, step up and build personal resilience.
